• At GeoIndia we want you to be confident that your visit is fully protected. So all our visits now enjoy the following financial protection arrangements:

    Your payments are protected by a combination of Financial Failure Insurance and ATOL protection.

  • i) Financial Failure Insurance – this is an insurance policy that protects all of the non flight tour arrangements. In the event of GeoIndia becoming insolvent this policy would ensure the return of any monies paid for the tour.

     

    The Package Travel
    "In accordance with The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with Geoindia Ltd are fully Insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Geoindia Ltd. A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through igi Insurance Company Limited.”
  • ii) ATOL Cover all flights are booked through an ATOL bonded travel agent, and this ATOL bond will protect any payments made for flights. The ATOL bond no. for your flights will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit.

The company is staffed by people with current strong links to the region of North India. As well as our offices in the UK we also maintain offices in the Punjab to ensure the highest quality of service, and to ensure the most up to date local knowledge and expertise.

 

Tour Leaders

Our tour leaders are experienced leaders of educational and study tours to various overseas destinations, and will always put the well being of the student group first.
We have fully qualified and experienced tour leaders, first class communications equipment and in country agents.

We have also put in place the following measures to ensure the safe operation of all of our tours:

  • Full Risk Assessments - which will be made available to schools and education authorities before any tours depart
  • British Consulate Registered - all tours are registered on arrival in India, and full itineraries are supplied
  • Insurance - all tours are covered by our Tour Operators Liability Insurance, including Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, as well as Financial Failure Insurance. Full details are available on request
  • Suitable first aid qualifications - 16hr minimum R.E.C. to be held by all tour leaders
  • In-country agents - employed directly by GeoIndia to provide up to the minute information regarding all locations to be visited.
